Introduction
Critical Cat Supply Co. is operated by Bradley F. Matera, an Illinois sole proprietor based in Davis, Illinois (“Critical Cat Supply Co.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This notice explains how information is handled when you visit critical-cat-supply.pages.dev, contact us, or proceed to a checkout operated by Fourthwall.
Information we receive
Information you provide directly. If you email us or submit a working contact form, we receive the information you send, such as your name, email address, message, and any files or order details you include.
Basic site and security data. Our hosting and security providers may process IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, referrer information, and security signals needed to deliver, protect, and diagnose the site.
Checkout and order data. Checkout is operated by Fourthwall, which acts as Merchant of Record. Fourthwall and its service providers process the contact, shipping, billing, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, and order information needed to complete and support a purchase. Critical Cat Supply Co. does not receive your full payment-card number.
How information is used
We use information to operate and secure the site, respond to requests, diagnose errors, understand aggregate site performance, protect our rights, comply with legal obligations, and coordinate with Fourthwall when an order or storefront issue requires our involvement.
We do not sell personal information for money.
Service providers and disclosures
Information may be processed by providers that help us host, secure, operate, analyze, and support the site. These currently include Cloudflare for hosting and security and Fourthwall and its providers for checkout, payment processing, tax, fulfillment, tracking, fraud prevention, and order support. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer.
When you enter Fourthwall checkout, Fourthwall’s own privacy notice and checkout terms also apply. Review Fourthwall’s Privacy Policy before completing a purchase.
Cookies and similar technologies
The Critical Cat Supply Co. frontend uses only technologies needed to operate the site unless additional analytics or advertising tools are deliberately enabled. Fourthwall checkout may use cookies and similar technologies for checkout, fraud prevention, preferences, analytics, and advertising as described in Fourthwall’s notices.
Retention
We retain direct communications only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Fourthwall retains checkout and order information under its own policies. Security logs are retained according to the applicable hosting and security provider’s settings.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information held directly by Critical Cat Supply Co., subject to legal exceptions. Email bradmatera@gmail.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject. We may need to verify the request. Requests involving Fourthwall checkout or order data may need to be sent to Fourthwall because it controls that information.
Marketing messages must include a working unsubscribe method. A support request does not enroll you in marketing.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information directly to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
International visitors
Providers may process information in countries other than the visitor’s country. Their privacy notices describe their transfer mechanisms and practices. Product availability and legal rights may vary by location.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not email full payment-card numbers, passwords, tax identifiers, or other highly sensitive information.
Changes
We may update this notice when the site, providers, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date will identify the current version.
