Accessibility Statement

Our target

Critical Cat Supply Co. is working to make its storefront usable by people with a wide range of abilities, devices, browsers, and assistive technologies.

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our technical target. This statement is not a claim that every page or third-party checkout experience currently conforms without exception.

Measures

Our work includes semantic headings and landmarks, keyboard access, visible focus indicators, text alternatives for meaningful images, labeled controls, sufficient color contrast, responsive layouts, reduced-motion support, understandable error messages, and testing with automated tools and manual keyboard review.

Third-party checkout

Checkout and order support are provided by Fourthwall. If you encounter an accessibility barrier in checkout, you may report it to Fourthwall and copy Critical Cat Supply Co. so we can help route the issue.

We will review accessibility reports and work toward a practical fix or alternative.
